Seeking an articulate, customer-focused Customer Service Representative with a great attitude and a sense of urgency.   In this position you would respond to customer inquiries and needs with goals of customer satisfaction, acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers.   The Customer Service Representative will team with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to ensure necessary information and actions are provided to meet or exceed customer needs.

Job Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
 
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Sales Representatives and Field Account Managers to ensure all needed information and actions are provided to satisfy existing and prospective customer needs
  • Timely follow up on complaints to ensure corrective action is defined and customer is kept informed
  • Contact customers about delinquent billing as appropriate
  • Process proposals and contracts, prepare contracts and addendums for customer signatures, and make sales announcements as needed
 
What you will need to be successful in this Customer Service Representative role:
 
  • High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree a plus
  • 3+ years work experience with customer facing responsibilities
  • Must have attributes:  strong interpersonal skills, empathy for others, strong problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, sense of urgency, organizational skills with discipline to accomplish tasks
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required.  Experience using Oracle and/or Salesforce.com a plus.
